Update for all classes
November 2020
I am limiting the number of dancers in each class for now so I can manage my Covid Risk Assessment to keep everyone safe.
YOU NEED TO BOOK, please take note of the main points below for booking and attending class.

I know most children have had a birthday during Covid and would technically be moving up a class, however, please book your child/ren into the same class they were in prior to lockdown, this is for 3 main reasons:
-
The kids have not been taught the basic moves for the past 5 months and their body’s may not be able to deal with the more technical class they move into.
-
The kids are already familiar with their group so will not be daunted by too many new faces and the Covid rules in one go.
-
The Hall will be refurbished in the not-too-distant future, this will cause a further resettlement process for the kids, so keeping ‘some sort of normal’ will help with their dancing experience.
Due to the above I feel it is sensible to keep as we were until we are back up and running fully, post Covid and / or refurbishment.
We can then move forward with all the extra classes and fun stuff I have planned for the club.

Kids Attending Class: -
-
Parents / Guardians will not be able to enter the hall, please wait outside the front door at a safe distance with your child.
-
You will be invited into the lobby to register one by one (please bring the correct change where possible)
-
Please have the children ready for class, if it is raining, we will change them into their ballet shoes when they are in the hall.
-
You will be able to take your child to the bathroom if required (only one toilet is available)
-
The children will be required to gel / wash their hands, they will then be escorted into the hall where they will have their spot allocated to them. (the hall will be laid out as a grid - siblings can be together)
-
We will make sure we have your phone number, and you will be called if your child is not able to use the toilet without assistance during the class.
-
Parents must be in the grounds of the Hall during the class in case of an unlikely emergency or toilet.
-
When the class is finished, the children will be escorted through the lobby one by one to you where they will gel / wash hands and use the toilet if needed.

Thank you so much for your cooperation,
Ness and the team x
